Neutrosys Inc is actively looking a few technical IT recruiters to join our team based in Irving, Texas. As a recruiter, you will be an integral part of the talent acquisition team. You will be working as a key player to provide support to fulfill open requirements from the vendors and clients; build relationships with new clients, and consultants, and work collaboratively with the team at Neutroline.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of any requirements from the vendors/clients and demonstrate expertise in using search to identify the right candidate.
• Use different job portals such as Indeed, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. to post requirements; find resources/resumes.
• Work on finding suitable candidates for the requirements from the clients using job portals or social networks and groups.  
• Maintain strong database of candidates for future requirements.
• Should have strong knowledge of end to end recruitment process including but not limited to, sourcing, candidate selection, interview coordination, vendor relationship, networking, assist through the onboarding process, etc.
• Result oriented, ability to come up with a monthly game-plan and meet targets and deadlines
• Manage to compete for demands, handle multiple requirements and
• Extremely adaptable, flexible and people’s person
• Maintain business relationship with candidates, vendors, and clients and work on enlarging the network
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
