Job Title: Google Cloud Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Ø  A Google Cloud Support Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining Google cloud-based infrastructure including servers, databases, and applications, monitoring system performance, analyzing logs, and identifying and resolving issues as they arise.

Ø  The primary role is to ensure the smooth operation of cloud systems and applications, including troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to the developers and relevant users.

Ø  Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a system failure. Staying up to date with the latest cloud computing technologies and trends to ensure that systems are optimized for performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

Ø  At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Ø  Must have knowledge of cloud infrastructure management tools:

o   Mandatory: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

o   Optional but Preferred: Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure.

Ø  Exposure to PHP, Laravel, Python, REST API, Java, SQL, HTML, or XML/XSL technologies

Ø  Preferred: Experience in – HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL & Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Redux or Flux, Hooks & Windows/Linux system administration.
